What is Scentsy Club:?
 

Scentsy Club is a monthly subscription program that lets you schedule shipments of your favorite Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) right to your door. Members enjoy exclusive perks when they join.

How often can I get a Scentsy Club subscription?
Frequency is scheduled by you on a per-product basis. You have the option to have a product shipped:

• Every month
• Every two months
• Every three months

When will my Scentsy Club subscription order ship?
Processing/shipping days for Scentsy Club subscription orders are the second and third Tuesdays of any given month.

When will I be charged for my Scentsy Club Subscription?
When your order is processed/shipped.

What are the exclusive Scentsy Club Subscriber Perks?

• All club orders of $30 or more receive a 10% discount.
• All club orders of $60 or more receive a 10% discount and are eligible for the customer to add an additional Scentsy Club product (including Whiff Box!) at half price.* The $60 minimum is based on the full retail price, before the 10% discount is applied.
• Scentsy Club subscribers get access to select Scentsy Bricks on any subscription. These bricks are five times the size of Scentsy Bars!
• Subscribers also get exclusive access to Always Get My Bar (see below).

Limited Time Offers (LTO) Available for Scentsy Club

Scentsy Bricks

• Subscribe within 30 days of the bricks’ launch date, or throughout the duration of the LTO (whichever is longer).
• Subscriptions must be over $30 US/$40 CAD PRV to add BBMB.
• Scentsy Bricks will be $24 US/$32 CAD when added to a subscription.

Scent of the Month

• You can subscribe to the Scent of the Month (SOTM) program to get a different fragrance each month.
• Add a specific SOTM while it’s available to the general public to take advantage of the Always Get My Bar perk.  

Whiff Box

• Our monthly assembled Scentsy Whiff Box is eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions for a fun surprise every month!  Whiff Box is $30 US/$40 CAD.

Wax Collections:

• Scentsy Bars in Limited-Time Seasonal Collections
• Subscribe for individual Scentsy Bars from wax collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or throughout the duration of the LTO (whichever is longer).
• Individual bars from wax collections are also eligible for Always Get My Bar. 

What is the Always Get My Bar Benefit?

• An exclusive benefit for Scentsy Club members. Throughout the year, Scentsy Wax Bars are discontinued to make room for new ones.  The problem is, it’s disappointing when your very favorite fragrance is discontinued.
• With Always Get My Bar, there’s no need to worry! If we discontinue a bar that’s in your subscription, we’ll keep making it just for you (as long as you keep it in your subscription)!  This even applies to Scent of the Month, Wax Collections and Bring Back My Bar fragrances.Order Forms (1 pack of 100)

Shipping Methods and Rates for Scentsy Club

Scentsy Club orders ship via standard shipping to ensure the best value for you and your customers. UPS Access Point delivery is not available for Scentsy Club at this time.   

Shipping for all Scentsy Club orders will follow the same rules as PWS orders attached to a party and will be charged on each subscription shipped. ​​  For example, in the Contiguous US:

• For Club orders with a retail value of $79.99 or less, shipping will be $8. 
• ​​​​​​​For Club orders with a retail value of $80 or more, shipping will be 10% of the product total. Shipping will be calculated based on the order subtotal.
